RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments at Euphoria are in very high demand. If you need
to cancel your appointment for any reason, you must tell us 24 hours in advance for hair and waxing — and 48 hours in advance for spa services. Failure to do so will result in a 25% late cancellation charge. If your scheduled appointment comes and
goes without a call or a visit, you will be charged in full. After all, time is money. Please note that a credit card number is required when reserving appointments that combine 2 or more services.
To allow for the most enjoyable experience possible, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa treatment. If you happen to be tardy, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service time
may be shortened.
Gratuities are not included in service prices. A 20% gratuity is customary and can be added to your total at checkout or given directly. For gift certificates, we suggest including the gratuity as part of your gift.
cellular phone policy
In consideration of others, we ask that you please turn all cellular phones and beepers to either silent or off mode. To further
preserve our relaxing environment, we also ask that you make or take any necessary calls outside the spa area.
To help maintain our tranquil atmosphere, we ask that all children who come to Euphoria must be 12 or older, receiving a service,
and accompanied by a parent at all times. Please do not bring younger children to wait with you while you are getting a treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse services at our discretion.There is a $25 charge on all returned checks. Prices subject to change. No cash refunds on purchases — store credit only.
