The Uses

Our favorite oil is an amazing moisturizer, hair de-frizzer, teeth whitener, makeup remover and basically a little miracle for the modern world. With coconut oil, a little goes a long way, so start small. Please see Our Coconut Oil page for coconut oil uses, benefits and more!

Packaging

Coconut oil is one sassy soul. One minute it’s hard like butter, the next flowing like water. The melting point is 76 degrees, so if it’s solid, warm your jar in your hands or run under warm water. If you would prefer a lotion-like consistency, toss it in the fridge for a few minutes.

It is coconut oil’s natural state to react differently to varying temperatures, and we have neither added nor taken anything away. We have unconditional love for our little miracle and even support its mood, we mean consistency changes. We promise it's worth it!

There is new research conducted daily, but please remember coconut oil is not a drug and the FDA hasn’t evaluated the extensive uses or healing properties we’ve written here. Conscious Coconut is not intended to diagnose or cure you (that’s what the cute doctors are for!)

Goe Oil™ is a combination of 28 plant, fruit and flower oils and butters. Lightly scented with Monoi from Tahiti, this multipurpose, semisolid oil absorbs quickly and hydrates luxuriously. Lighter than a typical body butter, longer-lasting than a moisturizer, our formulation has a high percentage of Jojoba Oil, which is not technically an oil. Instead, it is a polyunsaturated liquid wax which is similar to sebum.

Goē Oil is unique in that it actually replaces the natural oils that we tend to lose due to age, environmental stress and weather. This unique product should be used all over the body after shower or shave, in the hair, on the feet, anywhere and everywhere. You will never Goe without...

Goe Oil is a natural semisolid oil. Please use only a small amount. It should soak into the skin quickly. If it takes too long to sink into skin you are using too much. Less is more!

Our favorite oil is an amazing moisturizer, hair de-frizzer, teeth whitener, makeup remover and basically a little miracle for the modern world. With coconut oil, a little goes a long way, so start small. We’ve seen much-appreciated improved texture and tone thanks to the increased cellular turnover and stimulation of collagen. The high antioxidants prevent destructive free-radical activity, which are the primary cause of aging. We’ve seen scarring and stretch marks fade and signs of aging diminish as well.

This nourishing, long-lasting moisturizer delivers results with 3 powerful plant-based rejuvenating compounds: Tamarind Seed Gum, Hexapeptide -48 HCL (from Spinach) and Hydrolyzed Oat Protein with Niacinamide. Clinically tested to target the specific problems of thinning skin, fine lines and dehydration. Locks in moisture from the inside out, improving elasticity while thickening skin and plumping fine lines.

Our Face Crème Night supports the acid mantle of the skin. It has been evaluated by an independent lab and has been shown to lower the pH value of the skin after 3 weeks usage. Translation: Our Face Crème Night raises the acid level.  With increasing age, the skin’s pH becomes less acidic, and thus more susceptible to bacterial growth. This reduced acidity kills fewer bacteria than before, leaving the skin susceptible to bacterial growth and infections. The skin weakens as a result and begins developing problems with increasing age. Face Crème Night has a pH rating of 4.94-5.05. It has been shown to increase the skin hydration level within 1 to 3 hours after application and was found to increase the skin elasticity level within 3 weeks after application.

Developed for dry complexions with lustrous oils of Meadowfoam, Rosehip and Plum. Soothe skin after exposure to the elements. Unisex, Ph balanced and dermatologist tested. Formulated for night. Perfect anytime.

"The Jao Face Crème might well be the best moisturizer I have used since switching to green beauty." – The Hermes Hippie

Jao Face Crème repairs skin with Hydrolyzed Oat Protein to stimulate the skin’s barrier protein synthesis, thereby reducing skin roughness and appearance of wrinkle depth. Tamarind Seed Gum forms a hydrocolloid film on the skin which protects it against water loss, making the skin’s surface supple and improving elasticity. Hexapeptide -48 HCL normalizes the skin’s barrier to restructure mature skin’s surface for a smoother look.

Jao Face Crème contains Plum Oil, an oleic oil with high moisturizing properties. Additional ingredients include Olive Oil Squalane, Shea Butter and Panthenol (Vitamin B5), as well as oils of Meadowfoam, Rosehip, Chamomile and Calendula. Meadowfoam contains naturally occurring tocopherols. Rosehip is high in Vitamins E and A. Chamomile and Calendula oils restore balance to the skin.
