We have a beautiful, 6 chair Salon where you may book time with one of our expert artists to create your dream look. All new hair clients are required to complete a free consult before scheduling.

Taking any moment to decompress and go within is always a gift! We have created a space with adjoining relaxation areas that are intentionally small. You are encouraged to curl up in our quiet & peaceful common areas before or between treatments.
We have one personal showering bathroom available for clients to utilize after their Spa services. We encourage you to enjoy this delightful amenity during the time allotted for your service to avoid conflict with other treatments that may require use of the shower.

Our private mani/pedi room is the perfect space to lean back, refresh and restore yourself. Nail services are available for 1 client at a time.
Where do I park if your lot is full? Welcome to the cute, little town of Frenchtown. We have many places to park. There is a free lot by the river with an entrance at the bridge. From there you can walk down the tow path to us. Free, two hour parking is available on Bridge Street where you can walk through town and window shop on your way. There is also a free lot by the gas station.
If all else fails, feel free to call the front desk and our lovely receptionist will be able to assist you - it is possible we may have a spot in our lot opening up within minutes.
Can I book multiple services at a time? Yes, you can book 1 appointment, a 1/2 day at the spa or a full day with us. Most of our clients prefer to get a few services at a time, and then come back to enjoy again.
Can I bring a partner or friend for services too? We have many people who bring someone with them to experience the Spa. However we do not offer any couple’s services within the same room. Our healers believe that solo time during your treatment allows for full relaxation and restoration. Many clients do enjoy adding on an Infrared Sauna session after their service where they can use the sauna together and then relaxation in the common area afterwards.
Can I book the entire Spa for an event or group at the Spa? We allow the Spa to be booked out for private events such as birthdays, mini bachelorette parties, a friends' reunion, and couples' retreats. We can customize the day however you would like, with food catered in, signature cocktails/mocktails. The space is rented for either the entire day or 1/2 a day. Please call the front desk to inquire.
Can more than 1 person use the Infrared Sauna? Yes, typically 2 people can use our sauna together. The Infrared Sauna has 6 treatment options from relaxation, anti-aging, pain relief and more. You can book the Sauna as a solo treatment or add it on to another Spa service for a lower rate. Your session time is 35-45 min (depending on which setting you choose) and the private lounge area connected to the Sauna will be reserved for you for the entire hour, so you can relax for a few minutes before and/or after your session.
How long can I use the facility with my treatments? We are an intimate boutique Spa with a few relaxation areas. We ask all clients to arrive 15 min early to fill out intake forms and have a cup of tea to settle in. Clients having more than one service are invited to cozy up between services with a glass of water to hydrate or complimentary herbal tea to warm up. If you are looking to extend your time with us (we know, it's hard to leave!) booking an add-on Infrared Sauna session will give you 1 additional hour to enjoy our private lounge area with use of the Sauna.
What’s the typical gratuity /tipping that's expected? 20% is recommended. We have tip envelopes at the front desk and can help make sure your therapist/stylist/technician gets it. We appreciate cash/check or Venmo for tipping. While we can make exceptions and put a gratuity on a credit card, a processing free is deducted, making it not ideal.
Why do I need a free consultation as a new salon client? Our salon team wants to provide you with the best experience possible. As a new hair client, it’s impossible for us to know your hair type, texture and length without seeing you. Also, the results you are looking for and expecting to achieve play a major role in the timing of your appointment. Of course, if there is no possible way to schedule a consultation, we can do one via email where you can send us pictures of your hair as well as inspirational photos of the look you would like to achieve, via our New Hair Client Intake Form. This will allow our team to schedule you appropriately and give you an estimate on cost.
